Job Overview

Our client is a software-house that develops software solutions, with a strong international presence. Currently, their software development team includes approximately 500 employees, and they aim to expand further by welcoming new members to their growing team.

Direct Integration in our client

Location: Porto

To support their growth, they seek a proactive Office Manager to ensure smooth office operations. Responsibilities include maintenance, supplies management, office improvements, office budget control, vendor negotiations, event planning, and support to office visitors. The Office Manager will also support onboarding processes for new hires and address employees’ queries regarding office management issues. This position will be part of the people team, whose main goal is to contribute to employee satisfaction.

The ideal candidate:

·       Previous experience in a similar position, preferably in a fast-paced environment

·       Autonomy and ability to work with little supervision, having a good stakeholder management and capacity to gather requirements for any action/project

·       Proactiveness and great ability to adapt to change

·       Great communication skills, written and verbal with fluency in Portuguese and English

·       Excellent time management and priorities management skills
