They continue to grow so they are looking to hire Business Analysts. In this position, you will be the bridge between the customers and the development teams, understand client's requirements, and translate business concepts into software concepts. You will produce project documentation and help in the software testing phase. For this position, you should have at least 4 years of experience in similar functions and experience with the insurance sector (personal and work insurance products especially). Experience with agile methodologies and particularly Scrum is highly desirable, If you have some UX concepts is a plus. French language is highly desirable and well a good level of English.
