About the role
This person will ensure integrations in operations of new services or customers on production platforms, by supporting and performing acceptance tests for different markets. Includes improving and optimize existing ways of working and deliver high quality services.
What are the challenges for this role?
This person would work close with the operations team to ensure testing, documentation and quality of hardware or software. Identify, define and document operational requirements and distribute to the service transition team. Communicates risks, creates procedures and work instructions.
What skills will get you selected?
Experience in operations and telecommunication sector;
Experience in developing with different technologies;
Experience in project management and interaction with different teams and stackholders;
Good communication skills, specially in English;
Ability to solve problems, have a proactive attitude and hands on approach;
Academic background in IT, Telecommunications or related area.
